Parents have the right to request information about the degree and certification of their child’s teacher(s) and paraprofessional(s), if applicable. Please refer to the GCPS Student-Parent Handbook or contact your school's principal for more information.

PBIS Family Night

The Office of Family Engagement in the Department of Federal Programs invites all families to join the PBIS Family Night on March 18, 2025, from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM via Zoom.

During this session, GCPS families of students in grades K - 12 will receive information about the definitions of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Social Emotional Learning (SEL), SEL Components within the PBIS framework, and how families can help connect with schools and use PBIS/SEL strategies at home.
