Mrs. Jessica Arnold

Assistant Principal

2nd, 4th, Special Areas, EIP,  & Title IX

I was born in Decatur, Georgia, and proudly attended grade school in the Dekalb County School District. My passion for education led me to earn my bachelor’s degree in Education from Kennesaw State University. Continuing my commitment to lifelong learning, I later earned both my master’s and specialist degrees in Education from Brenau University.

I began my teaching career in Dekalb County as a 7th grade teacher and later transitioned to Gwinnett County Public Schools, where I had the pleasure of teaching 8th grade Humanities. In 2022, I stepped into school leadership as an Assistant Principal in the Norcross Cluster. Now, I’m thrilled to join the Shiloh Cluster and the amazing team at Partee Elementary!

Education is truly my passion. I love supporting both students and teachers as they grow, learn, and thrive. My goal is to help create a positive, nurturing environment where everyone feels valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential.

I’m looking forward to an incredible year ahead—filled with learning, laughter, and lots of success. Let’s make it a fantastic school year, together!
